If you cancel a project before any actual work has begun, you are eligible for a 100% refund, minus any processing fees. However, cancellations made after project planning or initial work may incur a 10–30% deduction based on the resources already allocated.
3. Partial Refunds (for Ongoing or Long-Term Projects)
For projects with multiple phases or longer timelines:
- If cancellation occurs before 50% of the work is completed, a partial refund will be calculated based on the work done so far.
- No refunds will be issued after 50% project completion unless otherwise agreed upon.
4. Non-Refundable Services
The following services are non-refundable under any circumstances:
- Monthly marketing retainers (SEO, social media, paid ads)
- Ad budgets paid to platforms (e.g., Meta, Google)
- Domain, hosting, SSL certificates, or third-party tools purchased
- Custom-developed code or licensed themes/plugins once delivered
- Express or urgent service fees
5. Quality Concerns & Revisions
Client satisfaction is important to us. If you’re unhappy with the delivered work, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. We will offer up to 2 free revisions (depending on the service) to address your concerns.
Refunds will only be considered if we fail to deliver the agreed-upon scope even after revisions.
